Which platforms does the assessment cover?
SharePoint and Microsoft Search, ServiceNow, Coveo, file shares and CMS content. If you use another search platform, tell us in the form and we confirm at kickoff.
Do you need access to confidential documents?
No. We work from search configuration, logs and permission settings, and test with accounts you provide. We do not need to read sensitive content.
We are about to roll out Copilot. Is this still useful?
Yes, it is the best time. The report lists what to fix before the rollout so the assistant does not surface content people should not see.
What happens after the report?
We walk you through it on a call. You can act on it in-house, with your current partner or with Sengo.
